Fill the questionnaire KYC The Bank will collect and document any extra information about customers via the Know Your Customer Questionnaire in order to analyze the customer's money laundering risks using a risk-based approach. | |||
Update the data in the bank If your information in the bank has changed, such as your address, phone number, or e-mail address, you can update it online by completing the application. |
For Biometrical identification, you only need a computer or mobile phone, an identity document and an internet connection.
Biometrical identification process
The identification process takes a few minutes:
1. Consent page. To start the process, you agree to the terms and conditions offered by the bank.
2. Identification. You take a "Self" photo, also take a photo and video of your ID, and fill in the application.
3. Confirmation. At the final stage, you confirm the completed application with the digit code sent as an SMS to your mobile phone.
You can go through biometrical identification at any time, while incoming applications are processed on business days, from Monday to Friday inclusive, 09:00 to 18:00.
Opening an account through biometrical identification is primarily available only for private individuals, citizens of Georgia.
