• Add phone number to SMS code;
• Change of strong authentication number;
• Adding a strong authentication number;
• Change in strong authentication method;
• Change the equipment used to generate code;
• Change of Internet bank secret question;
• Change of e-mail address of Internet Bank;
• Change of the source of receiving the Internet bank password;
• Activation of internet bank.

The Bank will collect and document any extra information about customers via the Know Your Customer Questionnaire in order to analyze the customer's money laundering risks using a risk-based approach.

If your information in the bank has changed, such as your address, phone number, or e-mail address, you can update it online by completing the application.
