General Director of ProCredit Bank Georgia Asmus Rotne has resigned for personal reasons.

At present, the bank’s management team is represented by Ketevan Khuskivadze, Sofia Kordzakhia and Alex Matua. Tamar Tkhelidze, David Gabelashvili and Natia Beria remain as members of extended management.

Ketevan Khuskivadze was appointed as a Member of the Management Board in 2010 and is currently in charge of the Credit Risk and Legal Departments. She has been working with ProCredit Bank since it was founded in 1999.

Sofia Kordzakhia was appointed as a Member of the Management Board in 2014 and is currently in charge of the HR, Internal Services, and IT Departments, as well as the Compliance & AML Unit. She joined ProCredit Bank in 2005.

Alex Matua was appointed as a Member of the Management Board in September 2015 and is currently in charge of the Business Clients Department and the Environmental Management Unit. He joined ProCredit Bank in 2003.
